Klaus Rinke

born 29th of April in Wattenscheid, Germany in 1939.
From 1974 to 2005 he was teaching at the School of Fine Arts in Düsseldorf.

RInke’s work includes drawing, photography, sculpture and performance which each experiment corresponds to a specific period of his life of discoveries.. (Greece, Japan, Australia, US…)

The work of Klaus Rinke addresses and contends with the ideas that concern us all: they emphasize the ties maintained between the individual and the outside world — time, space, and man’s place in the Universe..
